Dev Engineering Solutions was founded with an intent to provide the same or better cost advantage to large, mid-size and local US Engineering Consultancy Companies that the large size multinational consulting companies exert in the market by using their in-house off-shoring offices.

Devang Prajapati
Mr. Prajapati, founder of DES, is a registered professional engineer in the District of Columbia. His professional experience spans more than 20 years in the field of Infrastructure engineering with specialization in water and wastewater engineering. In his latest role Mr. Prajapati is serving as a Program Management advisor to DC Water for managing its Water Program, and for Enterprise Implementation of BIM / Digital Twin. In his career Mr. Prajapati has established and successfully run outsourcing operation for his former employer for engineering work from UK and Middle East. At DES Mr. Prajapati leads the onshore operation working directly with the client and acts as the bridge between the client and the offshore team. He will also be directing and developing the offshore team.
Jigar Rana
Mr. Rana, founder of Safe Consultants, is an accomplished civil and structural engineer with more than 17 years of hands-on experience in delivering a very wide variety of projects in the sectors of water supply, oil and gas, railways, bridges, buildings, industries and others. He has delivered multiple international projects in US, Middle East, Netherland, Africa. Mr. Jigar has pioneered use of advanced software including Staad, Etabs, Revit, Infraworks, Robot, AutoCAD, and uses 3D Modeling and BIM as a mandatory standard for all his design projects. His engineering and management skills gets routinely called for challenging projects such as a ‘AUM’ sculpture at Kedarnath, One of India’s largest bird Aviary at Vadodara, Green Railway Station at Kevadiya, Master planning of National High speed Rail Corporation Limited at Vadodara and many others. At DES Mr. Jigar will be leading the off-shore team and delivery of your projects.
Meena Desai
Ms. Desai, co-founder of DES and Urban Vaan, has more than seven years of professional experience in field of environmental science. In her professional career she has successfully established and managed operations for an environmental monitoring laboratory and ran environmental monitoring programs for various industries. At DES Ms. Desai manages the staffing and operations of our off-shore operation and provides technical direction to the environmental team.
