Ektanagar Railway Station
Ektanagar Railway station is gateway to the iconic Statue of Unity that represents the newfound identity of India that is Bharat. Safe Consultants provided Architectural, Structural, Landscaping and Green Building design and consulting services as the Prime Consultant for this development spread over 12 Acres land. This is India’s first Green Building (IGBC) certified Railway Station owing to incorporation of green building principles from the inception, to design and construction. The railway station includes two 650 m long platform, 5 railyway tracks, 100,000 sq.ft station building, 40,000 sq.ft curved roof covering the building and platforms, circulation and parking area, landscaping and ancillary services.
Surya Estates, Tampa Florida
Surya Estates is a 32,000 sq. ft. private residential mansion in Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida located on a 17 acre estate. Safe Consultants supported an exporter to design and fabricate the key architectural elements of Infinity Pool and two Rotunda structures in India. BIM models, and Structural analytical models were used extensively to create design details for fabrication, stone work, stone cladding including joining and dismantling details for handling and shipping. The designs of composite structure of RCC, steel columns, RCC slab and dome, stone finishes and cladding were based on ACI, AISC and Florida Building Code. The designs, drawings were proof checked and approved by local Professional Engineer before fabrication and export.
Oil and Gas Metering Skid, Netherlands
The input model for this metering skid designed for an Oil and Gas client was received in CADWorx. This was analyzed and designed using STAAD. A BIM fabrication model was developed which was again exported into CADWorx for proving back to client. The design was per specification and Det Norske Veritas (DNV) Standards. Lifting Analysis, Blast Analysis, Vehicle Acceleration Analysis and Fatigue Analysis was used for this design. Inventor, Navisworks, STAAD, Tekla, CADWorkx were the software packages used for this design.
