Like everything else in this life, we would rather try something out before buying. We get it! This is an arrangement where you can check out how this works. Under this arrangement we can setup a trial period, it could be a week, two weeks, or a month. For this period, we can identify the staff that you need and their charge rates and a not-to-exceed budget. We start with small tasks and agree on effort (hours by specific staff) required for each tasks. We deliver the tasks and we can rate the work on the parameters agreed earlier. This is a one-time arrangement to give you a taste of how easy, efficient and cost-effective this arrangement can be.
Project Based Engagement

This is your typical scope, schedule, budget arrangement. You give us scope, and we reach agreement on schedule and budget and we deliver the product. This arrangement can work best when the work can be clearly cut out from the existing project and the scope can be well defined. On-Going Assignment
On-Going Assignment
This is where, we can agree on the type of staff you will need, charge rates, and period of time our services are required. An anticipated number and types of tasks during this period, and a not-to-exceed budget can defined. For each individual tasks, we can fill out our short and snappy Task Assignment, sign-off on it and get going. This arrangement gives you flexibility to carve out different work packages as the project progresses.

This is where you want to account for the cost advantage at the bid stage and bid competitively for the project. In this case we become your silent or public bid partners. We help you carve out the potential work packages for outsourcing at the bid stage, and define the scope and fees that will be outsourced. When we win the project, we continue work on project basis or other alternate arrangements that best suits your requirement.
Dedicated Resources
Dedicated Resources
In this arrangement, you define resources that you would like dedicated to your company. The resource/s are available at your disposal to use full time for specified period of time or indefinitely subject to quarterly, bi-annually or yearly renewal. The resource works directly with your team and their work is monitored by your team member/ project manager. In effect this is secondment of resources albeit from a remote location.

This arrangement is useful, when you have a stream of work with similar scope. A dedicated team with dedicated team coordinator and/or dedicated team/project manager can be put in place that is available to you full time for your projects. You manage the team directly through your remote team coordinator and/or Team/ Project Manager, and get your work delivered based on your needs.
